DID YOU KNOW?Florence + The Machine’s Dance Fever North American Tour Comes to OrlandoFlorence + the Machine announce their Dance Fever Tour, which includes an extended run of headline dates later this year in support of their fifth studio album of the same name. The tour comes to Orlando’s Amway Center. “Dance Fever” was recorded in London throughout the pandemic in anticipation of the world reopening. It conjures what Florence Welch missed most amid lockdown—clubs, dancing at festivals, being in the whirl of movement and togetherness—and the hope of reunions to come. Greater Orlando Sports Commission Announces Date for 2022 SPORTYSWith Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute returning as the presenting sponsor, the 2022 SPORTYS: Greater Orlando’s Night of Champions will air on WKMG-TV News 6 on Saturday, June 25 at 7:00 P.M. EST. The SPORTYS in-person reception and live watch party will take place at the Orlando Museum of Art with registration opening at 6:00 P.M., followed by the live watch party at 7:00 P.M. and Orlando Sports Industry post-event reception at 8:00 P.M. FAIRWINDS High School Student ScholarshipsThe 2022 FAIRWINDS High School Student Scholarship application is now available through April 8 to college-bound members. Five high school seniors will each be awarded a $2,500 scholarship to put toward their college education. Applicants must be a high school senior, a FAIRWINDSmember, and enrolled full-time in a two- or four-year college or university beginning in the summer or fall of 2022. Visit fairwinds.org/scholarships for more information.
