DOP's Downtown Business Forum: DTO Action Plan
Yesterday, the Downtown Orlando Partnership hosted a Downtown Business Forum focused on the DTO Action Plan, featuring a presentation by David Barilla, Executive Director, City of Orlando's Downtown Development Board + Community Redevelopment Agency. Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida Joins Forces with Central Florida Foundation
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida has recently partnered with 100 Women Strong at Central Florida Foundation to support their grantee, Sources of Strength; an upstream-focused, evidence-based teen mental health program. This national program has been successfully implemented on a local level by the Community Health Department at Nemours Children's Health. The Boys & Girls Clubs' support of the program allows it to expand into more locations, increasing its reach to an additional 1,200 local children. Click here to learn more about the Sources of Strength and its impact on our community.

IMMERSE Announces Brand-New Art Park, Large-Scale Art Installations & More!
Yesterday, Creative City Project proudly announced the new addition of the IMMERSE Art Park to the IMMERSE festival, taking place Feb. 21-23, 2025 on the streets of downtown Orlando. Full of large-scale, interactive art installations, there will be numerous opportunities for audiences to “play” in the park. In addition to the art park, the festival will feature hundreds of live performances and creative experiences, including the exciting reawakening of the completely-restored Merita Neon Sign! See all of the installations and full agenda HERE!

The 12th annual Touch-A-Truck presented by Duke Energy and Johnson’s Wrecker Service will roll onto Knights Plaza at Addition Financial Arena on Saturday, March 8, 2025 from 12pm to 3pm. This free, hands-on event offers families the chance to discover more about their favorite trucks and vehicles like emergency response vehicles, construction trucks, and more. Kids will also have the change to win prizes at the Addition Financial Arena tent, and concessions will be available for purchase outside the venue. Learn more here!
