The CRA’s Special Events Grant Program Now Accepting Applications
The Community Redevelopment Agency’s (CRA) Special Events Grant Program is now accepting applications. The CRA supports a wide range of arts and cultural events to bring diverse entertainment to the downtown area. Applications for events taking place November 2024 - April 2025 are open until August 1, 2024, at 11:59pm. For more information on eligibility and to apply, click here.

The Citrus Club Transforms into an Urban Oasis for Downtown Orlando
The Citrus Club recently unveiled a new look that pays homage to its origins and 50-year legacy with a zest for natural light and materials. Located n the 18th floor of Citrus Center, the club has been a social mainstay in downtown Orlando since opening in 1971. Known for its cityscape views and influential clientele, the private Orlando social club initiated a multi-million-dollar interior overhaul, transforming its 26,000-square-foot space into an urban oasis. Fireworks at the Fountain 2024
Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer invites you to the 47th annual Fireworks at the Fountain this Thursday, July 4 at Lake Eola Park. From 4 to 10pm, enjoy live entertainment, family friendly fun, and food and beverages available for purchase from a variety of vendors. Annual State of the Arts Presentation
Join Orange County Arts and Cultural Affairs for the annual "State of the Arts" presentation to the Board of County Commissioners at 9am on Tuesday, July 9th, at the Orange County Administration Center. This annual update will include highlights from the arts and cultural community’s past year, a look at Arts & Cultural Affairs funding opportunities for the coming year, and information about multiple research and planning efforts for arts and culture in the community. Creative City Project Hosts New Immersive Art Experience This August
On Saturday, August 17, Creative City Project will host Wavelength – Where Live Music Meets Immersive Light, at Steinmetz Hall. The event is part concert, part multimedia visual art exhibition, featuring more than 200 light pillars, lasers, projectors, and custom fixtures alongside 20 professional singers, 12 orchestral musicians, and an ambient, modern six-member rock band, in a unique, in-the-round seating concert. There will be two shows that evening, at 5:30pm and 8pm, and tickets start at $40 per person. Click here to purchase or for more information.
