United Arts Partners with DDB/CRA for New Arts Initiative
United Arts of Central Florida is partnering with the Downtown Development Board/Community Redevelopment Agency to implement a new innovative arts initiative that will provide arts experiences every day within downtown that is free to the public. Open day and night, both weekdays and weekends, the program will focus on activating public spaces, storefronts, and buildings. Kia Center Hosts an Unprecedented 27 Events in March!
Kia Center, Orlando's premier sports and entertainment destination, triumphantly wrapped a blockbuster month of March by hosting 27 different events over its 31 days and welcoming 291,619 patrons through its doors. During that time, the award-winning arena was teeming with a diverse lineup of 10 concerts/events, 10 Orlando Magic games and seven Orlando Solar Bears games. “This past month was a great example of our community’s investment in our venues and to showcase how Kia Center is truly Orlando’s gathering place,” said Orlando Venues Chief Venues Officer Allen Johnson. Kia Center is on track to host a record-setting number of events this year. See all of Kia Center's upcoming events HERE!
